In order to be able to advise clients or employers on drafting and enforcement of international contracts, the enforcement environment of the specific country needs to be understood.

We realised that there is a gap between the requirements of entrepreneurs and businesses from lawyers in terms of international contract drafting and enforcement and the kind of resources that are available in this regard.
The fast pace at which the world is moving towards remote work is likely to bring in a lot of cross border contracts, fuelled by an increase in cross border transactions. In order to cater to these requirements, a new age lawyer would require not only an understanding of how international contracts are drafted, but also clarity on how these can be enforced.
This is precisely what we intend to achieve through this course, where we are teaching the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of international contracts, based on a country by country basis for legal proceedings, as well as using international commercial arbitration.
